What does the person actually receive?
A private link. They tap it and the card runs in their browser: the format’s opening ritual, your photos and words, and one closing question they can answer in a tap. There is nothing to download.
Do they need an app or an account?
Neither. The link opens in any phone or desktop browser. You do not need an account to build and preview one either - you sign in only at the point of sending.
What does it cost, and what is free?
Building the card and previewing all of it is free, as many times as you like. Sending costs €3 once - 3 for €5, 10 for €10. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What if we have no photos together?
Then use words. The music box holds six lines and a single photo, and the letter formats hold no photos at all - the card still works if all you have is what you would say out loud.
