Do I need photos or an app for the envelope to look like this?

Neither. This template has no photo slot at all — the paper, the crest and the red wax are drawn, and the initials stamped into the seal come from the names you type. Guests open the link in the browser they already use; nothing is installed. The ceremony survives the move off paper: the seal carries your initials and the invitation stays shut until the guest breaks it.

How do guests reply, and where do their answers go?

By default they answer “Will you join us?” with three options, and you can replace that with your own single-choice, multiple-choice or short-text questions before sending. Answers are saved to your Giftable, and the page also offers WhatsApp, Telegram or copy so a guest can send the same reply to you directly. Building and previewing is free; sending costs €3 for one Giftable, €5 for three or €10 for ten.

Can it run a guest list, seating or plus-ones?

No. It is one invitation page that collects answers, not a guest-list manager: no seating chart, no per-guest allowance, no automatic reminders. The name on the envelope belongs to that one Giftable, so to address several families by name you create one for each.
