Will a digital invitation actually reach a guest in another country?
Faster than post, and with nothing to clear customs. You send the link on WhatsApp, iMessage or email and it opens in the browser their phone already has - no app, no account, no login. The same page works on an eight-year-old Android and on a laptop.
Where do their answers go once they open it?
The invitation ends with "Will you join us?" and three answers, and you can swap that for up to five questions of your own - single choice, several choices, or a short written answer such as a flight arrival day. Answers are saved on your giftable and we email you about the first ones, so a reply from Buenos Aires does not depend on you refreshing anything.
Do we need photos, and what does it cost?
No photos at all - the paper, the crest and the red wax are drawn, and the initials pressed into the seal come from the names you type. Building and previewing is free; sending one giftable costs €3, three cost €5 and ten cost €10. The envelope carries one guest name, so a family gets one link and a second household gets its own.
