Do guests need an app or an account, and can I use a QR code on the tables?
No app, no account: it is a link that opens in any phone browser, which is what makes it work for the guests who will not download anything. It is a normal web link, so any free QR generator turns it into a code you can print for the tables or the order of service - we do not print or generate the code for you.
How do the photos actually reach us?
The guest sends them. The wall is built on their device - nothing is uploaded to us, there is no shared album and no moderation queue - and they save it as a single picture and send it to you in the chat, or send the original files alongside it. Say that in your message so nobody assumes their photos arrived by opening the page.
How do we know who has sent them and who has not?
By the answer, which does come back automatically. Each guest answers a question - "already on it", "I'll dig through my gallery", or your own wording - and the reply lands on your giftable with an email for the first ones, so you can chase four people instead of ninety. Building is free; sending one giftable costs €3, three cost €5 and ten cost €10.
