What does the person actually receive?

A private link. They tap it and the card runs in their browser: the format’s opening ritual, your photos and words, and one closing question they can answer in a tap. There is nothing to download.

Do they need an app or an account?

Neither. The link opens in any phone or desktop browser. You do not need an account to build and preview one either - you sign in only at the point of sending.

What does it cost, and what is free?

Building the card and previewing all of it is free, as many times as you like. Sending costs €3 once - 3 for €5, 10 for €10. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Can I put the new address on it?

Yes - the invitation formats have a place line, and it shows on the card itself. The link is private and unlisted, but treat it as shareable: anyone it is forwarded to can read the address.
