Frequently asked questions
Do guests have to install an app or sign up to add photos?
Neither. They tap your link, the wall opens in the browser their phone already has, and they add pictures straight from their camera roll and caption them. That matters most for the guests who will not install anything - the ones over seventy and the ones with a full phone.
Where do their photos actually go?
Nowhere but their own phone. The wall is assembled on the guest's device, with no upload and no account, and they save the finished wall as one picture and send it to you themselves in the chat. Be plain about this in your message: it means nothing is silently collected, and it also means the photos arrive because guests send them, not automatically.
What comes back to us automatically, and what does it cost?
The answer does. Each guest is asked a question - by default whether they are sending their photos, with answers like "already on it" - and their reply lands on your giftable with an email for the first ones, so you know who still owes you pictures. You can write up to five questions of your own instead. Building is free; sending one giftable costs €3, three cost €5, ten cost €10 - against $29-79 for a dedicated guest-book service.
