Can one card do for all my bridesmaids?
It can, but this format is better used the other way. Each giftable carries one name and one note, so the reason you give your sister is not the reason you give the friend from university, and neither of them reads the other. Make one per person: three cost €5 and ten cost €10, so a party of four is €5 rather than a card each.
How does her answer get back to me?
The file ends with one big YES and two quieter answers - "let me think" and "I can't". Her choice is saved and sent to you as a reply on your giftable, and the result screen also offers to send you the same line on WhatsApp or Telegram. You can swap that verdict for your own questions, including a free-text one for a dress size or a date she cannot travel.
Does it carry the wedding date and venue?
