Questions and answers
Do I need photos, and does anyone have to install anything?
No to both. Photos are optional: the ones you add arrive as the photographic annex under the order, stamped “Photo no. 1”, and the first four are used. Add none and the annex falls back to our own illustrated frames for that occasion. Your guest opens the link in the browser they already have.
How do I send it, and how does their answer reach me?
Fill in the order, then build and preview it for free. Sending one Giftable costs €3; packs are 3 for €5 and 10 for €10. Pay or use a credit, share the link, and the page ends with the report to HQ: keep the ready options — yes sir, requesting leave, gone AWOL — or write up to five questions of your own as a single choice, several at once or free text. The answer is saved and sent to you as a reply to your Giftable, and they can also forward the report by WhatsApp or Telegram.
Can I write the operation name and the combat objectives myself?
No. The frame — order number, operation name, the objectives your guest ticks off and the two seals — comes with the briefing for the occasion, whether that is a stag night, a Father’s Day commendation or Defender’s Day. What you write is the names, the order itself, the muster time and the rally point; leave the date or place out and the page says the coordinates will follow through your contact. The access code is part of the joke, not a lock: the sentry asks what two times two is, a hint sits under the field, and anyone with the link gets in.
What do I actually write in the order?
The order body is your message, so write it the way a briefing reads and put the facts inside it: “Agent Mike. You are assigned to Operation Last Free Saturday. Muster 19:00, rally point the Anchor bar. Dress code: black. Bring cash for the mission fund. Do not brief the bride.” The names go in the to and from fields, the muster time and rally point in the date and place fields, and the order number, operation name and objectives arrive with the briefing. Two or three lines read better on a phone than a full page.
