Do I need a photo to show the parcel’s journey?

No. The illustrated route and your note work without photos, and the recipient opens the link in a browser. If you add a photo, the first one appears blurred during transit and clears when the page’s status becomes Delivered.

How do I send the route and get their reply?

Add your names, note and parcel details, then create and preview for free. Sending costs €3 for one Giftable, with packs of 3 for €5 or 10 for €10. Pay or use a credit, then share the link. They can choose a reply such as “Tell me when it lands”; that sends you a request, not an automatic delivery alert.

Is the moving parcel a live InPost or DHL location?

The route is an illustration of delivery progress, not a GPS map. InPost supports live status updates; DHL needs a configured API key. If live data is unavailable, the page uses the sender’s status and arrival estimate. Other carriers use those details and a tracking link when supplied.
