Questions and answers
Why are there no photos and almost no animation?
Because grief and apologies do not want a show. The template has no photo or video slot at all: one candle, your words, and a flame that only breathes. You send a link, it opens in any browser on any phone, and no app is needed by you or by them.
Do they have to answer, and how do I know it was read?
They do not. The last line says outright that no reply is needed, and they can close the page there. If they want to, the card asks one quiet question with three ready answers, and a tap sends their answer back to your Giftable dashboard, so you find out you were heard without asking. What do I write if I cannot find the words?

They carry no advice, no "be strong" and no timeline. Anything you type replaces them, line by line. Keep the lines short: each one appears alone, and a long paragraph loses the pace.
