Which photos work, and does the order matter?
Twelve is the cap and one per school year is the version people actually finish - the first-day-of-school photo set against the gown is the "then and now" pair everyone tries to build in a video editor. They stay in the order you place them, so the page reads first day to graduation instead of upload order, and each photo carries its own caption.
Can the graduate say something back?
There is a reply coupon at the end of the timeline. You write the question; their answer and any words they type come back to you by email and sit in your dashboard. A slideshow file cannot do that - it plays and ends.
