Frequently asked questions
My friend's gift will be late - do I need the tracking number?
No. With a tracking number the parcel moves along the map by itself and the carrier's stops appear as stamps along the route; without one the card simply says it is on its way, with your words and, if you know it, the expected date.
Will I know when it arrives?
Your friend answers on the card itself - 'tell me when it lands', 'I'll wait at the door', or a line they type - and that answer comes straight back to you. The card is not the carrier, though: it cannot find a lost parcel or move a delivery date.
Do they need to print or install anything?
No. The free printable versions of this card need a printer and two sheets of paper; this one is a link that opens in any browser. Free to build and preview, €3 to send one, or 3 for €5.
