Is this too much for someone who is really ill?
It does not have to be. The wall is words only - no music, no confetti - and it opens one lamp at a time, so it can be read in three sittings from bed. Keep the messages short and say plainly that no answer is expected.
Does everyone who writes need an account?
No. A person opens the link, types a line and taps to light their lamp - no sign-up, which is exactly the barrier people complain about on the group card sites. Pass the wall around the team first, and have the last person send the finished link.
Do we find out that they read it?
